Notre Dame, Michigan, Lead Bettors Into College Football Season

USA Players Accepted at Rome Casino!

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish have tried different coaches, different coordinators, and different players, but the results have been the same over the past several years. It has been a while since the Irish have competed for a national championship, and on Saturday they started yet another new chapter.

Notre Dame, Michigan, Clemson, Florida, Oregon, and Alabama are among the teams that gave their fans the first glimpse of the new talent on Saturday. The college football scores have also been closely watched by gamblers who are excited to see football back.

Of all of the ranked teams, it was Florida that provided gamblers with the closest game. Favored by over seven touchdowns, the Gators looked sloppy on offense and used a tough defense to get by Miami, Ohio. Florida, however, came nowhere near covering the point spread offered at sports books in Las Vegas.

Notre Dame fans had no idea what to expect from first year coach Chip Kelly's team this weekend. The Fighting Irish started strong against in-state rival Purdue, and then held on late to defeat the Boilermakers. As the season goes on, fans will get a stronger sense of how Notre Dame will fare, with upcoming games against some of the top teams in the country.

The Michigan program has been just as scrutinized this past off-season as Notre Dame's. The Wolverines opened against Connecticut in a game many analysts expected Michigan to lose. Instead, the Wolverines have jumped on the Huskies early, and defeated Connecticut 30-10.

Oregon did not receive much of a challenge from New Mexico, running out to a 59-0 lead in the first half, and winning the game 72-0. Alabama is having an easy time with San Jose State, and TCU and Oregon State are locked in a seven all tie early in the second quarter.
