Roethlisberger And Steelers The Focus For Fantasy Football Owners
The Pittsburgh Steelers are coming off a humiliating loss to the New York Jets last week, and for fantasy football owners who carry anybody relating to the Steelers, that could be good news tonight.
Ben Roethlisberger and Willie Parker have become a couple of players who are at the top of the fantasy football leagues at their respective positions, and that could mean a lot of owners are relying on big games from both tonight.
Their opponent, the Miami Dolphins, have not won a game yet this season, and that means that fantasy owners are salivating at the prospects of the Steelers getting their chance at one of the worst defenses in the league.
The Steelers defense will also be expected by owners to put up big points since the Dolphins have been inconsistent all year on offense, and they are starting a quarterback who has played in just one NFL game.
Miami does have a bit of intrigue for fantasy owners on their offensive side of the ball, also tonight. Running back Ricky Williams, a former fantasy football league all star, will get the start after returning to the league off of his drug suspension.
Game time is set for 8:30 and the game will be televised on ESPN.
