Sportsbook Futures are Out on National Football League Season
The people have spoken and the odds on who will win the Super Bowl this season have been released by most major casinos in Las Vegas and major offshore sportsbooks around the world.
Indianapolis is the publics choice to win the super bowl coming out as 11-2 favorites. The Colts have been a popular choice the past couple of years due to their high powered offense. However, this year, after coming so close last year, might be the season they get over the hump.
Coming in behind the Colts are New England at 7-1, Seattle 9-1, defending champions Pittsburgh Steelers 12-1 and Carolina 10-1.
Some interesting teams that are gaining interest are the Miami Dolphins 18-1, Dallas Cowboys 10-1, a number that will decrease if Terrell Owens comes out of camp healthy, and Joe Gibbs' Washington Redskins 25-1.
On the bottom end of the spectrum, the long shot is the San Francisco 49ers 150-1. The Niners, a young inexperienced team, are considered almost impossible to win it all.
Other longshots for the underdog lovers are, Tennessee 125-1, Houston 125-1, Cleveland 100-1, and Buffalo 100-1.
These odds, of course, are all subject to change based on variables such as a teams strong or weak start and injuries.
