Sportsbooks Betting Odds Make Giants The Favorite To Repeat

The road to the Super Bowl in the NFC goes through Giant Stadium at the Meadowlands. Sportsbooks believe that nobody will go on the road and win there after making the Giants the betting favorite to win the Super Bowl.

The Giants had to win their title as the underdog last year, but sportsbooks are not allowing the big payouts this year should the Giants repeat. They have been placed with 3-1 odds to win again.

The Pittsburgh Steelers received a scare on Sunday when quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was taken off the field on a stretcher. His injury was diagnosed as a concussion, and the Steelers are the second pick of the bettors at 5-1.

Carolina played one of the best games of the year against the Giants a couple of weeks ago but narrowly lost. They join the Steelers as a 5-1 pick to win it all.

Tennessee had the best record in the AFC this season and that earned them home field advantage in the AFC. It did not get them any support from the sportsbooks , however. They are only the fourth choice at 6-1.

The long shot, according to the odds, are the Arizona Cardinals, who come into the playoffs after a horrible month of December. They are listed at 40-1 to win this year's Super Bowl.
