Super Bowl Odds All About Finding Value For Gamblers
The Super Bowl has evolved over the years into one of the most watched programs on television. Anybody that does not believe that a majority of the audience tunes in because of gambling needs a reality check.
This year is another in the long line of double digit point spreads that the Super Bowl loves to offer up. The Patriots are two touchdown favorites to win, meaning most gamblers are left to look elsewhere to find value in a wager on the game.
With New England being such heavy favorites, gamblers will most likely not have the option of betting on the Giants on the money line. That leaves all the gimmick bets as the place to look for value.
Who will score the first touchdown? What will be the longest play from scrimmage? Will a special teams touchdown take place? These are all questions that some gamblers have already started to try and decipher in their heads.
The truth to the whole thing is that many of the prop bets will simply be luck one way or the other. Kind of like gamblers flipping a coin to decide whether they win money or not. Come to think of it, that might be the best value bet of them all. Which team will win the coin toss and will it be heads or tails?
