Take Advantage of College Football Gambling Matchups Now
Something happens after a couple of weeks of the college football season, and it's much bigger then the leaves on the trees changing colors, sports gamblers start to lose money.
Early season matchups are a nightmare for sportsbooks around the world, and gamblers should be prepared to take advantage of the situation while they can.
When the college football season starts, there is no way for sportsbooks to tell which teams will be strong and which won't. This usually results in oddsmakers putting point spreads too low, and makes them vulnerable to gamblers.
Make no mistake, these oddsmakers know who the powerhouse teams will be, they just don't know how good their opponents are.
Take for instance today's Ohio State-Northern Illinois game, everyone knows Ohio State is as good as anyone in the country, but what is not known is how good Northern Illinois team is. The point spread came out at 17.5, the Buckeyes won by 23.
There are examples all over the board this week and if you're going to make money gambling, now is the time to do it.
Once the season has played out for a few weeks there are many more resources to draw from to create point spreads, and that usually means that oddsmakers will be putting out much more competitive odds.
In turn, that makes it much tougher for gamblers to predict who will win and gives the edge back to the sportsbook. An edge that they do not have the first few weeks.
