West Virginia And Louisville Set For Big Match Up Tonight
Tonight in Louisville the Big East will receive the type of national exposure that the conference has been looking for in the past few years.
ESPN will air what will be a game with national title implications not only for the two teams playing, but for several other teams around the country as well.
West Virginia comes into the game ranked #3 in the current BCS polls and is looking to answer any doubts that human voters have about how good a team that they are.
Louisville is the #5 team in the BCS and they are in a similar position to the Mountaineers, trying to show the nation that an undefeated Big East team is worthy of playing in the national title game.
The winner of this game should it be a well played game, would seem to be in position to hold down the #2 spot in the BCS after the Michigan-Ohio State game. However, both teams playing tonight still have games later in the year with Rutgers, who also holds hopes of going undefeated and winning the Big East.
The game tonight will be at 7:30 on ESPN.
