World Cup Betting Odds: Spain Favored Big Again Despite Upset

Now, Spain must avoid having two of the biggest upsets in the tournament both pulled against them. Spain has odds of -260, meaning that any gamblers who lost with the team last week that thinks the Spaniards will rebound, have to pay a hefty price for victory.

Underdog gamblers again have their pick of the litter in South Africa today. Honduras will return $1,800 for every $100 wagered if they can somehow defeat Spain. Honduras lost their first match of the tournament to Chile.

Switzerland, despite their win over Spain, is again in the underdog role. Chile is favored in the match with odds of +130, and Switzerland has odds of +225. The total for the Spain-Honduras match is three, and the Chile-Switzerland game has a total of two.

The early match of the day will come from Group G. Portugal can gain a leg up on the Ivory Coast if they can beat North Korea. Portugal has odds of -260, while North Korea is considered a long shot at +800. Portugal must win if they have any hopes of advancing out of the group stage, with their last match next week against Brazil looming.
